Charlotte Family Photographer | Charlotte Mini Sessions | Family Photographer

Hello Friends!

I’m so thrilled to once again be offering mini sessions for families in the Charlotte, NC area. This year we are going to Wing Haven Gardens, Mornings Glory Farms, and so many other lovely locations.

Minis are an excellent way to grab some easy and fun photographs of your family at a unique location. This year I’ve chosen private estates, homes, and farms away from the more busy and crowded popular locations.

This gives me and you some space to breathe, enjoy this time, and get some meaningful moments with your children.

You can easily book your session here: Charlotte Family Mini Sessions

Looking forward to seeing you there!

This little studio maternity photography session was just pure perfection. When they called to schedule their maternity session, I was so thrilled. Mama is an expert in fine art and having someone who knows photography and fine art choose me to photograph their growing family is such a privilege.

Maternity sessions are very quickly becoming my favorite session to photograph. The celebration, joy, and nervous excitement that precedes these types of sessions is something I love documenting and creating, whether that be in the studio or on-location for my portrait sessions.

Here are a few of my favs. from this lovely summer, natural-light family photography session.

Ballantyne/Charlotte Maternity Photographer | Dreamy Maternity Session | Amanda McQuade Photography

Just 2 short years ago I photographed this sweet little family when their little daughter arrived. I actually photographed their sweet courthouse wedding as well (but that’s another blog post!) I include maternity sessions (complete with dress selections for mothers and spouse/partner and children) to take a lot of the guess work out of what to wear to your maternity photography session. It can be such a hassle to try and order dresses, or to make it to the store, and truthfully I love including these in sessions. It makes it a breezy restful time for new mamas (and rest is in short supply these days!)

I cannot wait to photograph their new little boy come September for his newborn photography session. In the meantime, here are a few of my favs. from this dreamy Ballantyne/Charlotte NC area maternity session.
